iPhoneBayKE started in 2021 as a WhatsApp list — a few phones a month, sold to friends and colleagues from a desk in the Nairobi CBD. We grew the way we did for one reason: every phone we sold was exactly what we said it was. The battery health we quoted was the battery health you got. The warranty card in the box was honoured, every time, without a fight.
Today we sell Ex-UK and sealed-new iPhones, Samsung and Google Pixel devices from our CBD office, and every unit still goes through the same 30-point inspection before it’s listed. Ex-UK devices are imported directly — no middle-chain local re-sellers — which is how we keep prices below what the big retail counters charge for the same grade.
We’re a small team, we answer our own WhatsApp, and we’d rather sell you the phone that fits your budget than upsell you one that doesn’t. If a cheaper model is the right call for you, we’ll say so.
